Pricing Policy -

Pricing Policy

All prices are discounted off the Manufacturer’s List price, some as much as 60%. For all merchandise, Seller reserves the right to adjust prices due to errors or changing market conditions. Advertisements, catalogs and on-line services are prepared in advance and may change at any time based on fluctuations of market prices. Unless otherwise stated, the items listed for sale are new products.  All items sold by UserEasy are new with full manufacturer warranties unless otherwise noted. OEM products such as power supplies, motherboards and other hardware are tested to work in specified compatible systems. We believe you won't find a better price for the quality and prompt service you receive from a North American company, employing Americans, serving Americans.

Payment Terms

UserEasy Accepts the following payment types:

  • Credit/Debit Cards funded by US & Canadian Banks with a valid Billing Address
    • Visa
    • Mastercard
    • American Express
    • Discover
  • Paypal Accounts that are Verified and have a Confirmed Address
    • All shipments must go to Confirmed Address on file with Paypal
  • Money Order or Cashiers Check (funds must clear before product ships)

All transactions must have valid, current address information.  No shipments will be sent to unverified Paypal accounts.  Failure to follow these policies will result in a delay in processing your order.  Any orders not confirmed after 7 calendar days will be cancelled.  During order verification, funds will be held on your credit card for up to 30 days.  Shopping cart invalid attempts due to missing or incorrect billing information will also put a hold on your card for the amount of your transaction.  These charges will be released from your card based your bank's policies, no longer than 30 days.



Privacy Policy

UserEasy maintains strict confidentiality in our dealings with customers.  We do not sell, rent, lease or forward any information to 3rd parties about you other than is required for processing your order.  Information collected via our order system is encrypted via SSL from you to our server as indicated by the browser secure icon on checkout pages. On occasions where third party cookies or click tracking cookies are used, it is for the purpose of internal auditing of UserEasy marketing programs. Information is not sold or provided to other companies. Customer information is used strictly for processing your order or sending to payment gateways for credit verification.

Unless you indicate otherwise, we will use your personal information only for the purpose for which it is submitted, such as to reply to your emails, handle your inquiries, and process billing and business requests related to program participation, and we will use such information to provide related product or service notices, in program record-keeping and to conduct necessary customer service functions.  Customer testimonials may be used in marketing materials, but will not include a full last name that would be individually identifiable to you.

UserEasy may release personal information under the following circumstance:

  • Where release is required by law (for example, a subpoena) or regulation or is requested by a government agency.

Any changes to this privacy policy made that will affect your privacy will be communicated to you 30 days before such change takes affect. Your current e-mail on file with UserEasy will be used for contacting you.

Any misuse of user data is taken very seriously. You will be contacted by e-mail if any such privacy concern should arrise.

Please note, UserEasy will never e-mail you asking for password or other sensitive data.

If your personal information changes or you would like to review the personal information we have on file, please login to your account or contact us to provide us with your new information.



Return Policy

All merchandise may only be returned within twenty (20) calendar days from the time the shipment leaves UserEasy Computer Systems.

Our Money-Back Guarantee applies to products from our Compatibility Lists or our Product Finder.  You will receive a full refund for incompatible products if returned according to the Return Policy guidelines (minus shipping charges).  No restock fee is assessed on Money-back Guaranteed items.

All returns for store credit, exchange or refund must be in resalable condition, include original packing material, manuals and all other accessories, if any, provided upon original delivery.

All non-defective, properly working items returned for store credit or refund will be credited at eighty five percent (85%) of the original purchase price or eighty five percent (85%) of current market price, whichever is lower.

Software is not returnable under any circumstances.

Prior to returning any item, you must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No return of any type will be accepted without a valid RMA number.

All RMA numbers must appear on your return-shipping label or clearly marked on the outside of your return packaging. RMA numbers are valid for ten (10) calendar days from the date issued. Packages sent without an RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box or with expired RMA numbers will be refused or returned to sender at the consumers risk and expense.

All shipping and insurance charges on all RMA's must be prepaid by the customer (NO COD'S WILL BE ACCEPTED).

Shipping and handling costs will be charged for non-defective replacements or cross-ships.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable under any circumstances.

Defective Merchandise will be repaired or replaced at Seller's discretion and may be upgraded to a newer compatible unit if the original unit is no longer available.

All special order sales are final!

UserEasy Computer Systems makes no warranty or guarantee of compatibility of any type, implied or otherwise, on all items purchased other than is listed in the item description.  Most parts at carry one year warranties either through the Manufacturer or UserEasy directly.

Any extra courier charges resulting from an incomplete or inaccurate address will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

We must be notified within 3 business days of receipt of any item that is missing or physically damaged in your shipment.

All assembled systems are subject to our return policies, once the assembly of the system has commenced. In addition, there will be no refund of the system assembly fees.


Shipping Policies

The UserEasy business week is Monday thru Friday.  Stocking status and shipping type determine the total time required to receive your package.  Priority handling is available for same day guaranteed shipping up to our cutoff time of 4pm.  .  There is no option on the shopping cart for Saturday, Sunday or Holiday delivery. We do not ship COD or freight collect.  If any shipment is required for delivery on a non-business week day, please phone in your order. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Any orders that include a backordered item will be shipped once all items are in stock unless a request for shipment of all-in-stock items is made (additional charges may apply) please call for details. We ship to all 50 states, APO/FPO Military Addresses, outlying US Territories such as Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands and also Canada.  We do not handle any other international orders at this time.  Any duties, VAT and/or taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.

All rates include shipping, handling and insurance for 50 US states.  Shipping to other locations outside 50 US states does not guarantee delivery times or insurance. As always you can contact us for more information.


Shipping Instructions for All RMAs

All merchandise returned must be enclosed in a box that meets all construction requirements of applicable freight classification! Packages received in any other type of container will be refused and will be returned to you at your expense. This includes but is not limited to items received packaged in an envelope.

All merchandise must be in a static proof bag and have at least 1 inch of protection surrounding it on all sides. Products damaged through neglect due to improper packaging or in shipment (this includes merchandise that was received and assumed defective by the customer), will void the warranty and will be returned to you non-repaired at your expense.

Computer components are sensitive instruments. To protect merchandise from shock, you will need to use a cushioning material. Foam or bubble wrap are the best cushioning materials and should be used on all sides of the merchandise inside the cardboard box. To ensure the merchandise does not shift or become damaged during transit, make sure that you have secured the merchandise snugly with the same amount of cushioning on all sides due to the fact the carton could be dropped on any side during shipping. Seal the package firmly using adhesive backed tape. Make sure all carton edges are sealed also to prevent any tearing. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. Ship all returns to our store address.



Legal Disclaimers

Seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer by the seller in no way affects ether terms of the manufacturer’s warranty, if any. Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by seller until goods are paid for by the purchaser and at the time title passes to purchaser. If goods herein being purchase are being purchased for the purposes of export, purchaser must obtain from the Federal Government certain export documentation before shipping to a foreign country.
